Job description
Within the Development Department, as a Territorial Development Officer you take charge of all or part of the process of analysis and identification of potential wind, photovoltaic and storage sites in specific geographical areas and secure the identified and validated land. You participate in the structuring and growth of this activity through your involvement in this phase of land development.
In a geographical area assigned to you, your main missions will be:
- Identify and prospect potential sites through different channels
- Prepare, obtain and formalize all the documents necessary for contracting with owners
- Understand and formalize the needs of owners and project prerequisites to participate in pre-feasibility studies and optimize projects
- Negotiate and obtain the signature of contracts for land control of these projects
- Make presentations to the various stakeholders in the process of identifying and securing land
- Contact and manage the relationship with the local authorities concerned to obtain their support for the projects
- Lead a network of partners and business providers to increase the project portfolio
- Carry out reporting to superiors and customers
- Ensure regular project monitoring and regional animation
Profil required
More than specific training, we are looking for a person with a strong taste for the field, autonomy, and a good ability to convince. Related skills in town planning, land management, agriculture, electricity production will enable rapid skill development. Finally, a good knowledge of your prospecting territories, an existing network, links with the agricultural sector are a plus.
In addition, you are comfortable with all current IT and communication tools to enable good integration into the processes in place.
