Job Description
Within the development department, the Renewable Energy Project Assistant contributes to the development of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects in specific geographic areas. They participate in project management and the growth of this activity through their involvement from the identification/prospecting phases through to the pre-construction phase.
In collaboration with the team and your manager, you will be involved in a specific geographic area where you will have significant autonomy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and identifying potential sites, and securing them;
- Participating in discussions with relevant local authorities to obtain their support for the projects;
- Participating in consultations with all stakeholders;
- Supporting Project Managers in monitoring and coordinating the studies necessary to obtain the required project permits;
- Assist Project Managers in preparing applications for administrative authorizations and monitor their processing with government agencies until authorizations are granted;
- Report to your superiors and partners.
- This position requires regular travel to development areas and occasional travel throughout France (to our offices, project sites, etc.).
Profile
You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in engineering or university, specializing in land-use planning, agronomy, or urban planning.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.
You possess strong communication skills, including both written and oral presentations.
This position is a 6-month internship starting in January/February 2026 at our Nantes office.
